Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and promotional items included. A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. These may include personal care products, cosmetics, intimate apparel, perishable goods, customized or personalized products, gift cards, digital downloads, and any products clearly marked as non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Smart Purchase currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as its only payment method. Since payments are collected in cash upon delivery, approved refunds will not be provided in cash during pickup. Instead, refunds will be processed through a bank transfer or another refund method communicated by our customer support team after the returned item has successfully passed inspection.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@smartpurchase.info with your order number, reason for the return, and supporting photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once your request is approved, we will provide complete return instructions.

Return Pickup

Where pickup service is available, we will arrange collection of the returned product from your delivery address. If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be requested to securely ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

Inspection Process

All returned products undergo a quality inspection after they arrive at our warehouse. Returns showing signs of use, customer-caused damage, missing accessories, altered packaging, or incomplete contents may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing
